VALOR GALA FINACIAL AID RAFFLE

On February 22, 2025, Virginia Valor FC will hold its annual Winter Gala. At this year’s Gala there will be a raffle with an array of prizes:

• Valor Swag Basket

• Gift Card Baskets

• DC United/Loudoun United/Washington Spirit Tickets

• AND MUCH MORE!

 

100% of the raffle proceeds will go toward VAVFC financial aid! We are asking you, as a member of the Virginia Valor Community, to help us by donating items for the raffle. We are looking for items both big and small, from individuals, teams, and/or businesses: gift cards, free trials, lessons or training sessions, tickets to sporting events, free stays at vacation rentals . . .

 

Teams can collect donations and make a complete basket for the raffle, or simply collect donations for inclusion in other baskets. If you own a business, consider donating a free service, a gift card, or merchandise. If you know someone who owns a local business, ask them to join you in supporting the community by making travel soccer accessible to more families. They can donate services, gift cards, or merchandise. All donations must be received in the Valor office by Friday, February 9th. Sponsorship opportunities are also available; please contact: sponsorship@virginiavalorfc.org.

 

Besides donations, you can help by buying raffle tickets. They will be on sale at the Valor office from February 12th until the day prior to Gala, and also at the Gala on February 24th. Winners will be drawn live at the Gala, but you DO NOT need to be present to win. Feel free to buy tickets for local friends and family! (Who knows, if they win they might even share the prize with you!) Tickets are $5 each; $20 will get you five tickets and $100 will get you 30 tickets. 100% of the raffle proceeds will go toward VAVFC financial aid!
